Nikki Finney

Beginning her Martial Arts career in 1991, Mrs. Finney became a Certified Instructor in 2001 and is currently a rank of 4th Degree. She has received numerous commendations and awards throughout the years including “Outstanding Instructor”. She currently trains under Grand Master Art Monroe, out of New Orleans,LA.  She has also held “Top Ten” ranking for overall standing in International Tournaments for several years. Mrs. Finney has competed in over 24 Regional and International Tournaments receiving forty-one “Top 3” finishes in different categories.

Nikki also holds a certification to instruct students with “Attention Deficit Disorder and Attention Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder” from the Tiger Rock Martial Arts International. She has earned an Associates Degree in Elementary Education from USF. She has also completed the acclaimed Dale Carnegie Training Program, focusing on effective communication and human relations.

Troy Finney

Mr. Finney began his training in 2000 with Tiger Rock Martial Arts International. Along with numerous awards including “Top Ten Black Belt” and “Outstanding Leader” he became a Tactical Master Instructor in 2002. Constantly growing and learning in his martial arts training Mr. Finney attends seminar based classes in other martial arts styles. Competing in over 15 regional and national tournaments he placed top 3 in over 25 events. Mr. Finney’s strong points in teaching are weapon disarms, personal protection, child safety, and street sparring. His current rank is 2nd degree level 3 and is a Level 2 instructor.

Jacob Finney

Jacob began training in 1999 at a Tampa Tiger Rock Martial Arts International school. Jacob earned his black belt ranking at the age of 8. He has competed in over 40 regional and international Tiger Rock Martial Arts International tournaments earning many “Top 3” finishes. Jacob is an asset to FInney's Tiger Rock Martial Arts Academy due to his age and martial art experience. He is currently ranked “Top 10 International” in Forms, Sparring and Extreme Forms. Jacob has also earned much recognition including, “Top Ten Black Belt” and “Outstanding Leader”. Jacob is currently a Junior Certified Instructor who helps head the Demo Team at FInney's Tiger Rock Martial Arts Academy. He also enjoys gymnastics, jiu-jitsu and soccer.

Jacob is an outstanding student at TKD and academically. Jacob has earned a spot on the Beta Club and recently was awarded the “President’s Recognition”. He is currently 14 years old, starting his first year of High School in the ROTC program.

Seth Finney

Seth began training in 2003. His current rank is 2nd Degree level 1 Black Belt. Seth has competed both regionally and internationally, always placing in the “Top 3”. Seth is a member of the Demo Team.

Seth enjoys many activities which includes jiu-jitsu and gymnastics. Seth has extreme flexibility which will benefit him as he progresses in rank.
